The beginning of everything is always scary.
Early on my husband told me that 'the journey of 1000 miles begins with one small step.' After I stopped hitting him I realized that I don't even have 1000 miles to go. And really all I need to do is keep putting one foot in front of the other. And I will get there.
So yah. That helped. But don't tell him. :S
